This improvisation-based course seeks to cultivate an expansion of personal movement vocabulary by discovering and challenging bodily capacity through a curated set of movement combinations and exploration of tools that may in turn inform further development in one’s movement practice.

– Fees will be refunded after the issue of any course cancellation notice.
– Participants shall be empowered to explore necessary modifications where needed and hold full responsibility for personal safety; Frontier Danceland shall not be held responsible for any injury and/or accident that may occur during the course.
